Hi, I’m Travis Goertz, founder of TAGG Growth Transformations LLC. With over a decade of leadership experience across various industries, I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams, coaching individuals, and driving meaningful change. My journey has taken me to multiple places, working with diverse teams in various organizations, and each step has strengthened my passion for helping others realize their full potential.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate the vast sea of information available today. With so much out there, it’s hard to know what’s accurate and where to take action. That’s where I come in. My goal is to help you find the most impactful actions that deliver the greatest return on investment, both in your career and personal life.

Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a deep belief that everyone has unique skills and talents waiting to be unlocked. It’s incredibly fulfilling for me to be part of that discovery process. Helping people not only set goals but truly understand the steps to achieve them. Outside of work, I have a strong desire to learn, and a curious nature. As an engineer, I’m constantly asking how things work and how to make them better. It’s a habit that sometimes drives my wife crazy! That curiosity has fueled my passion for exploring new ideas, whether it’s understanding the latest developments in AI or refining processes to improve efficiency.

When I’m not tinkering with ideas or problem solving, you’ll often find me outside enjoying the fresh air. Whether it’s a round of golf, a day spent fishing, or time on the water, the outdoors is my way of resetting. It helps me stay balanced and ensures that I’m always at my best, ready to tackle the next challenge with a clear mind and renewed energy.
